I ordered from Hansshow Innovations and it ended up being a better deal than I expected. The price seemed fair, the parts showed up in good shape, and it definitely saved me some money compared to a few other places I looked at. Nothing flashy, just a solid experience overall.

The install itself seemed fine, but pairing was a hassle. It kept failing, and even after I finally got it working, the connection would randomly drop. I had to retry a bunch of times before it stayed connected. Support took a while to get back to me too. I was expecting this to be a lot smoother, especially for something that should be straightforward, right?

I had to file a warranty claim for a part I got from Hansshow Innovations. It took a few emails back and forth and they asked for some photos too, so yeah, not exactly super quick. But they did keep replying and ended up sending the replacement like they said. Overall it was okay, just kinda wish the whole thing moved a bit faster.

I had to return my order and the process was easy overall. Support got back to me and helped me through it without any hassle. The refund took a few days longer than I was hoping, but it did come through in the end, so I’m happy with how it turned out

I’ve been using it with my Tesla screen and it works well. Setup took a little bit, not super long, just kind of... a few steps to get everything going. No major issues though, and once it was connected it felt seamless.

I got the sound enhancement from hansshow.com, and it does sound better than the stock setup, especially with the bass and overall volume. I was going to say it’s a big improvement, but actually, for the price, I expected the sound to be a bit clearer. Installation wasn’t too bad, just took longer than I thought. Overall, it works fine and I don’t regret it, but I wouldn’t call it a huge upgrade

I picked up a couple of things from hansshow.com for my Model 3, mainly just to make the car feel a little more comfortable day to day.
The screen angle kit was probably the one that surprised me the most. It made more of a difference than I thought it would, and now I’m not really leaning over or turning my neck as much. It just feels kind of more natural when I’m driving.

Shipping was fine, maybe about what you’d expect, and the install wasn’t too bad overall. Everything seems to work like it should, so I’m happy with it. Would give it 5 stars.
